Michael Huskey

Educate. Mature. Discern. Disciple.

Michael Huskey is the author of Christian books and curriculum focused on helping both Christians and Christian leaders to better understand our faith and better understand the God we serve. His books are focused on pressing issues the church and church leaders face in a time of great apostasy, helping guard the teachings of Scripture and navigate through the overwhelming false teaching that has spread across the world like wildfire. At the center of each book and curriculum is Jesus Christ and the gospel of our Lord. We exist to glorify God, and it is Huskey's passion to help every member of the body of Christ to progress in that mission.

His curriculum is focused on small group and Sunday school teaching, but is also well suited for personal study or devotional. They are laid out in such as way as to help the busiest of teachers who do not have the time to do great study, or the greatest of scholars who can add greater depth and clarity.

Michael Huskey has a passion to help educate and mature the body of Christ and church leadership through preaching, teaching, speaking, writing, and one on one discipleship. His writing and teaching has a heavy emphases on the centrality of Christ, the gospel, critical thinking, hermeneutics, polemics, apologetics, theology, and expository biblical studies.

Coming Soon New Book from Ambassador international Publishers

What the church faces today is critical to the church tomorrow. Do many of the ideas about what the church is, what the church is for, and how to lead the church, need to be torn down and rebuilt on a Biblical foundation? This book deals with these issues and many more.

The largest problem we have today is that God’s people are dying because of a lack of knowledge. This triggers what Charles Spurgeon called “the downgrade.” The downgrade did not cease during the time of Spurgeon, it has lived on and only grown darker. One of the biggest issues we are faced with is the lack of the centrality of Christ. The church has been influenced by both internal and external sources all the while leaving holy Scripture to accumulate dust as it lies on the self. Many things will be addressed in this book, dealing with leadership in the church and leadership in the family. What sets this book apart from others is the deep dive into the source of issues and identifying ultimate answers for problems we are faced with. It starts in shallow water so that the young believer will not be intimidated. Each chapter adds to the foundation, going deeper and deeper into theological truth. It deals with deeper things rather than scraping over the surface. It also encourages, builds, magnifies God and focuses on our ultimate purpose in life: to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. Each chapter is designed to keep your attention, though they do not change the feel of the book, they keep it fresh and not redundant. The more you read the more you realize that the feel of the book is balanced and directed toward an end goal. You will be challenged and encouraged. I have felt an urgency to write Tear Down the Church and hope that God uses it to edify His church.

If you are looking for a biblical and Christ centered curriculum that can be used for Sunday school, small groups, or personal study, Huskey's Study Notes are highly recommended. These studies are laid out in a way that can be used alone for those who have little time to prepare, or can be built upon in order to bring greater depth and clarity.

Everyone is a theologian. You are either a good one or a poor one. One of the ways we are commanded to love God is with all of our minds. And really, that should be the premiss of any theological study, not only to educate but to learn to love in a greater way. That is what this study will help you do.

The Attributes of God will take you from a basic understanding of theology proper and move you into an advanced understanding of the doctrine of God. Each attribute of God is full of Scriptural references, questions and answers all in a way that is easy to follow. You will learn how to develop critical thinking in a greater way in order to discern biblical teaching from false teaching. You will learn how to glorify God in a greater way because you will understand Him in a greater way. You will be able to help others grow in their knowledge and understand of Gods Word and His character.
